P.I.A.N.I. project represents a useful opportunity for craftsmen that haven’t an heir for their business but also for migrants that can learn how to work in this field. It is based in Bologna and it’s important for the social integration of migrants and their economic autonomy.
In the project there wiil be 4 young men that are learning how to be a craftsman.
1 . they show manual competences and specific techniques which are important to start this business.
2. they became more responsible and autonomous.
3. the craftsmen increase the activity as they have a person that helps them so they have less personal charge.
Goals: elaborate an innovative model of job with an important social impact for migrants and refugees.
Themes: social integration is to follow the law!; equal and dignified work; financial inclusion.
