INNOVATIVE AND INDIVIDUALIZED INTERVENTIONS OF WORK INCLUSION FOR WOMEN VICTIMS OF VIOLENCE.
Women, in general, have more difficulty in finding an occupation, if it is added to this the mantainence of kids without support networks and a low level of education and qualification, as in the case of migrant women, the inclusion in the world of work without paths aand specifics projects italways becomes more complicated. Women victims of violence welcomed to residential care facilities, in particolar singlese women with dependent sons and migrants women, represent a category bringer of several problems which increases exponentially the risk of marginalità in the market of labour .
Obiettivi:
1.Coordination and monitoring: realization of a coordination plan which encourages the positive interrelationship between the different patners and actors.
2. Selection of the beneficiaries: Individuation of 40 women victims of violence and/or abuse, guests by residential communities for pregnant women and mothers with kids, unemployed or unoccupied.
3. Conciliation of working hours and of the care of the minor.
4. The orientation aims at evaluate the personal and professional resources, formal and not formal, of the woman with the ambition to strengthen self-esteem, the skill of autodefine your own path, the skill of making choises in the working environment and the skill of a right reading of the different contexts.
5. technical professional formation: 48 hours of class formation, diveded in: 16 hours safety on labour, training on safety is forseen for the places of work with an high level of risk so that the course is expendable in every working context; 8 hours of trasversal skills; 24 hours technical-professional skills (free offered by the companies).
6. Working inclusion: intership of the duration of 6 months.
RESULTS:
- The close collaboration with “inclusive” companies, holdings in the territory available not only to undertake to offer the possibility of working inclusion to the women beneficiaries but available to make avaliable,freely,their capacities for the technical-professional formation of the women.
- The construction of composite work team that sees interacting professionist of the orentation, experts of working inclusion and professionist of the education in a intensive and collaborative work with every beneficiary.
Goal: The project forseen the structuration of innovatives and personalized for the working inclusion of women victims of violence hosted by a welcome community mother-child in the urban territory.
